When I was small I knew little about the Federal government and even the state government. Now I know a little too much. I studied the textbooks and all and now I beleive the Federal government has way too much power.
Such as, why is it that when a state judge makes a decision a federal judge can overturn that automatically. He doesn't even have to look at the US constitution. If you really look at the constitution then you should find out about the tenth amendment and state's rights. A lot of what the Supreme Court voted on should have been a state issue not a Federal issue. Just like Roe v. Wade. What is good in Mass. does not mean that it is good for South Carolina.
